Hey, I’m Josie,
a freelance creative partner and senior designer with twenty years’ experience in branding, digital and marketing strategy design. I work with people-first teams to bring clarity to their ideas and turn them into thoughtful, effective creative that feels calm, considered and on-brand.
I have spent my career working across agencies, in-house teams and purpose-led organisations, and what I have loved most is helping good people do meaningful work. I support marketing and in-house teams who need flexible, dependable design without the big-agency cost or the pressure of hiring full-time.
